    We specialize in providing monitoring services on existing alarm systems.  And by owning  our own monitoring centers, our costs are substantially less and the savings can be passed on to you.  Plus we have little or no overhead for advertising because our new clients are brought to us by our Alarm Partners in hundreds of businesses and through thousands of websites.

    Can I try your monitoring services at no risk?

    If your not 100% satisfied with our monitoring services, we will allow you to cancel services ANYTIME and for ANY REASON and with NO PENALTIES.  Its that simple.

     

    How long has Alarm Partner been in business?

    We are a part of a family of security related businesses that have been providing services since 1968.  While the internet dot com providers are new, you can rest assured that our brick and mortar beginnings will keep us around for years to come.

     

    How do you switch my existing alarm panel to your center?

    We offer both a Digital Diverter to simply redirect the telephone number your existing alarm panel dials, or by software download that will reprogram your system using flash technology right over the telephone.  

     

    What if the alarm was never monitored before?

    We have technicians that can program your system from start using the same flash technology right over the telephone.

    Is there a connection or set-up fee?

    A one time account setup and data loading fee is charged regardless of the type of switch over is required. For more specific pricing information, please review the actual order page for each service. 

     

    What systems can Alarm Partner monitor?

    We can monitor ANY SYSTEM presently being monitored by ANY OTHER monitoring center.

     

    What if I need repair or want to add devices?

    We can service your system as well as add additional products once you become a customer.   Simply contact our 24 hour service and repair department to set up a on site service call order. 

     

    How long does it take to switch to Alarm Partner ?

    In most cases, once we receive your order, you are contacted within 24 hours to schedule the alarm switch over. 

     

    When should I cancel my existing alarm monitoring service?

    Just to be safe, we suggest waiting until your service has been switched into our monitoring center. 

    What if the existing contract for service is not over?

    We do not endorse the breaking of any existing agreements.  However, if you are not receiving the level of service contracted for, you may have grounds for cancellation.

     

    Does Alarm Partner charge me for false alarms?

    Absolutely not.  Your paying for a service and we will provide it regardless of how many times your alarm goes off. 

    Is there a permit or license required for monitoring?

    Each county or city has different requirements. We suggest contacting your local police department to verify if one is necessary.  

    Where does Alarm Partner provide service?
    We provide service anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Porto Rico, Hawaii, Guam and Canada. 

     

    Can I receive an Insurance Discount?

    We can provide you with a certificate that will notify your insurance carrier to extend any possible discounts based upon 24 hour monitoring of your alarm.

    What signals can you monitor from my alarm panel?
    If you have existing services, we will transfer all the type of signals your alarm presently sends.  If the panel is new, or has never been monitored before, we can adjust the settings to send as many alarm types as you choose.  

    Are there additional fees for auto testing or opening and closings?
    Our standard rates do not include this type of service.  If your account does send any of these, simple have them removed otherwise a seperate fee may be charged once it is determined they are being sent. 

    Do you offer cellular back-up services?
    If your alarm has cellular back-up now or if you want to add cellular services, we recommend using www.AlarmCell.com for the cellular transmission of the alarm.  This service is not a part of the monitoring services we provide and is contracted as a seperate service.

    What if I have VoIP services?

    In most cases, we can monitor the alarm using Voip services.  However if it cannot be monitored, we recommend using either a Cellular Transmitter (CCCT) , or a Broadband Transmitte (DDIP) to transmit your alarm conditions to our monitoring center.  These services are independent of our alarm monitoring services and can be obtained through www.AlarmCell.com .
